Architects and Kitchen Designers on panel of Moti Mahal Delux to be finalized. Complete infrastructural support is offered in terms of 3D designing of restaurant. Kitchen layout with electrical, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, gas pipe line systems.
After finalization of restaurant and kitchen designs and drawings, sourcing of materials related to above.
Menu Planning.
Defining HR policies, assisting in procurement, training and inducting Human Resources for the operation of the Food Outlets.
Senior staff from Moti Mahal delux backup for launch of the project.
F&B control system. (Billing software and Material Management System).
Help in procuring licenses, permissions and sanctions related to restaurant and bar (if there).
Set up of health and hygiene standards.
Marketing strategies and promotions.
After the restaurant is set on the operation mode, complete back up facilities in terms of staff support, introduction to new items on menu, buffet planning, audit reports through dedicated staff and our mystery customers to keep franchisee updated with performance level aimed to provide better service to the customers.
